I have been injured I need more information I need someone to fight for me

I have applied for a job with a tugboat company, and they are asking me to fill out a questionnaire about my prior medical history. Do I have to tell them about my past medical history?

 

A: Honesty is the best policy, because if you get hurt later, and you have misrepresented your accident history, the owner/employer may be able to deny you benefits for maintenance and cure to which you otherwise would be entitled.
