Jessica Juste is an associate with the firm of Hofmann & Schweitzer. Jessica specializes in personal injury matters with a special emphasis on railroad (F.E.L.A.) and construction worker tort claims.Prior to joining Hofmann & Schweitzer, Jessica was an associate at a commercial litigation law firm where her focus was on commercial litigation and employment law.Jessica graduated from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as a member of the Corporate Law and Finance Journal, the Fordham Student Sponsored Fellowship, and as a student advocate for the Unemployment Action Committee. Jessica graduated from the State University of New York at Albany where she received a Bachelors of Arts and served as the Student Association Vice President.Currently, Jessica is a member of the Fordham University School of Law Recent Graduate Committee. She is also an advisory board member for the Young Professionals Society for the Arts and serves weekly as tutor at Harlem Academy.Jessica is admitted to practice in all state courts in New York and New Jersey, the District Court of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern District of New York. Jessica is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
