COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY DEVELOPMENT USING EMINENT DOMAIN IS APPROVED BY THE NEW YORK STATE COURT OF APPEALS.

Columbia University has been given the green light to proceed with its $6.3 billion expansion in the Manhattanville neighborhood of Harlem.
