Benjamin C. Johnson is a dedicated personal injury attorney with a strong focus on maritime and construction-related litigation. A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Ben brings sharp advocacy skills and a deep commitment to client service to every case he handles. He is currently admitted to practice in New Jersey and is pending admission in both New York and Connecticut.
Ben's passion for litigation began early and has shaped his legal career from the start. While earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut, he served as an attorney on the university's Mock Trial team for all four years. In law school, he further honed his courtroom skills as both a competitor and coach in the school’s Moot Court Honor Society, further developing the persuasive writing and oral advocacy skills that now serve his clients in and out of court.
Ben is driven by a belief that injured individuals deserve a strong and compassionate advocate. He approaches each case with thorough preparation, clear communication, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients. Whether representing maritime workers or individuals injured on construction sites, Ben is proud to stand up for those who need a voice in the legal system.
